Experience Caravanserai

Experience Caravanserai. Our refreshing collection of beautiful home décor, unique fashion and creatively crafted treasures from around the globe will inspire you. Ethically sourced, each piece has been chosen for its artistry. Explore the shop, enjoy a complimentary cup of tea, and experience our world of craft and design.

Fashion

Kantha coats, fashionable summer tunics and elegant scarves abound at the Caravan.  Each handcrafted garment is created with traditional techniques such as ikat and shibori dyeing, block printing and embroidery. Our designs celebrate color, print and texture.  New arrivals weekly.

Furniture

Hand made furniture created using skills passed down through generations.  Often incorporating reclaimed materials, such as wrought iron, repurposed boat teak, and architectural detailing, our pieces convey a glimpse into their exotic past. Our stock is continually refreshed with intricately painted cabinets, carved bed stands, tiled coffee tables, fluted columns and embroidered sofas.

Home Décor

Our curated inventory includes a myriad of exotic lighting fixtures and accent pieces that will brighten up your home. Always in stock are garden Buddha and Ganesha statues, Moroccan lamps, jute rugs, hand block printed tablecloths, and playfully bright embroidered poofs.  We are constantly receiving new items. Discover what the Caravan has in store for you.

Accessories

The Caravan has a wide range of jewelry from Afghani tribal rings to Indian sterling silver gemstone earrings to carved wooden Balinese necklaces. Looking for a pair of Italian slippers in gorgeous ikat fabric?  A French shopping basket? Perhaps a halo flower crown? Our stunning collection of beads, handbags, baskets, and gemstones makes for inspired gift giving, for both you and a friend.
